CES account holding customers can order products from the search results. The following is an outline of the general ordering process as well as notes on out-of-stock items, quotes, requests for pricing, and house account only items.


General Process

  • Search for the product you want to order. Review the Search for Items job aid if a refresher is needed.
  • Enter a quantity in the Quantity field and click ADD.


  • A pop-up window appears asking you to confirm the quantity. It also displays the total for the product and cart. Click
  • to look up more items.


  • Look up your next item and follow the same process.
  • When you’ve added all the items you need to order, proceed to checkout by clicking My Cart, and then CHECK OUT.

You can still place orders for these items even though they are out of stock. When you click ADD TO CART, the following pop-up box appears.

Call the number provided or click CHAT NOW to find out when CES will have more of this item. Click ADD TO CART if you would still like to purchase the item.



Request a Quote

Some products instruct you to request a quote. If so, fill out a contact form, which is sent to the home branch tied to your account.



This is for products not sold online but are sold at the branch. The branch will reach out to you about the product.



Call for Pricing Items

You may also see items asking you to call for pricing. If this message appears, please contact customer service.



House Account Only

There are some items that can only be purchased using the house (001) account. You will see a message on the item notifying you when this is the case. Click Switch Account to select the house account.
