Registering for CES Online access allows you to order products and view/pay statements online for credit account customers. You will need the following:
- Account number (this applies for credit and cash accounts)
- The email address used in the account application
Did you know? If you have already created an account for Bill Pay, you do not need to create one for CES Online. These two systems can be accessed from the same login.
1. Click https://cityelectricsupply.com/ to go to the CES website or open your Internet browser and enter this address into the URL bar.
2. Click Register.
3. Click Yes.
4. Enter your email in the User Email field. Make sure you use the email address you provided to the branch when you set up your account.
5. Enter the 11-digit account number provided when your account was set up.
6. Click Register.
7. You will receive an activation link in your email. Click the link in the email to continue.
8. Enter the requested information to set up your profile and verify your credentials once the new web page loads. Passwords can be 8-20 characters and should include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and a number.
9. Click Continue. You will receive a welcome letter in your email after submitting. You do not need to do anything with this email.
10. Click https://cityelectricsupply.com/ to go to the CES website or open your Internet browser and enter this address into the URL bar.
11. Click Log In.
12. Enter your username and password. Click Log in.
