Both credit and cash account customers can add their employees to their purchasing account. Employees of credit account customers can also have access to the Bill Pay system. Employers can set permissions for:

 

  • Purchasing for specified accounts
  • Spending limits
  • Viewing invoices (credit accounts only)
  • Making payments (credit accounts only)

 

Add a User

 

  • Click My CES in the header.

                


  • Click User Admin



  • Click Add User.




  • Enter the employee’s email address in the Email field. This will be their username.




  • Enter the employee’s first and last names in the fields.



  • Select the employee’s access level from the available options. 

 


  1. Make Admin – gives users all the permissions of the master account holder to view and pay bills, purchase items, request releases, and add/edit users for all available job accounts. 

 

  1. Grant Specific BillPay Access – allows the business owner to select which Bill Pay functions the employee is allowed to access. For example, can the employee only view statements, or can they also make payments. 

 

  1. No BillPay Access – hides all Bill Pay functions from the employee. 

 

  1. Pay my CES Invoices – enables payment privileges for all available job accounts. 

 

  1. View – enables viewing statements and invoices for all job accounts. 

 

 

Caution: The options selected here affect what the employee can do and what they see on their dashboard. If you don’t grant the employee permission to view or pay bills, they will not see Bill Pay on their dashboard. These permissions can be updated at any time

 

 

  • If you did not select Admin, click the checkboxes in the chart to select permissions for the user. 
Note: If the spending limit box highlights red, it means the entered limit exceeds the credit limit for the account. 
 



  • Click Add User




  • Click OK



The new user is now showing on your account. Admins can edit or remove permissions at any time by clicking View next to the employee’s name. Email Code resends the activation email.


 

 

Delete a User

 

  • Return to the User Admin page. 
  • Click the Delete button next to the user’s name.



  • Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
